Rak Flash Gallery Preference

Preference

In Preference dialog shown by "Edit->Preference" menu , you can change the detail properties of creating flash movie and program behaviour, music list used in slideshow.

Flash Setting


Frame Rate	Specify frame rate per second.
Image Quality	Specify image quality. The standard quality is 60. When you change the quality, be sure to resize each images before creating flash movie. i.e The check box *Force resize images in 3.Create Flash page is checked.
Embed image fils in movie	Save image data in flash movie. When you uncheck this item, images are saved in two folders:photo and thumb in output folder. Refer to 3.Create Flash movie help.
Embed image fils in movie	Save music data in flash movie. When you uncheck this item, music files area saved in music folder in output folder.
Enable link to the original image	Shows in movie controller to link to the original image. Original images are saved in "original" folder in output folder, and they cannot be saved in flash movie, because their size might be too large for it.
Frame thumbnail	Fringe thumbnail with white frame.
Show Movie controller	Show movie controller in flash movie. Controller has volume, mute, play,stop,next, previous image buttons etc....
Show Image Description	Show description small window. button is added to the moive controller, when this item is checked.
Show description when the movie is loaded.	Show description small window when the movie is first loaded.
Show filename in description	Show filename in description window.
Place controller at the bottom edge of image	Adjust movie controller position.
Show Big buttons	Show large previous, next button in movie.
Show number menu under thumbnail	Show thumbnail number menu under the thumbnai list for quick access to the image.
Show scroll slider	Show scroll bar at the top of the thumbnail list.

Program Setting


Show copyright	Show copyright and related URL. When the user click the copyright text, the specified URL is shown in the internet browser. Only the registered user can modifiy these two fields.
Show the previous project at startup	Rak Flash Gallery open the last project automatically at its starts up.
Suppress flash security popup warning	It adds the description to the flash configuration file to suppress the FLASH Security warning message. The definition file is C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashPlayerTrust\FlashGalleryMaker.cfg
Thumbnail information in 1.Select Photos page	Select thumbnail information such as its filename, creation date and image size.
Showimages in subfolder in folder tree thumbnail list	Show images in the subfolder icon in 1.Select Photo page. It is recommended to keep this item checked. When the user select the folder on folder tree, Rak Flash Gallery checks all the subfolder if they have some supported images upto 4. If this item is unchecked, Rak Flash Gallery skips this process.
Check the lastest version automatically	Checks the lastet version of Rak Flash Gallery every 7 days. When it is checked, this program trys to connect to the prodcut site via Internet every 7 days.
Language

Music : Add, delete or select music for slideshow.

To play sound in flash movie slideshow, add mp3 files to this box and check the left side check box.


Add	Add music to the list. The list only allows mp3. Rak Flash Gallery does not copy the music file in it, but only remembers where it is. So please do not delete or move the original music file. When you create your flash movie, the select music data is merged to the flash movie.
Delete	Delete the selected music from the list. Click the music name part of the list to select it. This method does never delete the original file.
Initialize	Initialize the music list.
